SMS Opt-In & Messaging
Ecloras provides transactional text messaging for participating salons, barbershops, studios, and independent professionals. Clients opt in when they share a mobile number during booking, queue (“Get in Today”), waitlist, or a related visit interaction — not for promotional or marketing texts.

How clients opt in
- A client starts a booking, queue, or waitlist interaction with an Ecloras-powered business.
- The client enters their mobile phone number.
- The client is shown the SMS disclosure with the business name and links to Terms and Privacy.
- The consent checkbox is unchecked by default.
- The client must actively select the checkbox to consent.
- Ecloras records the consent and may send transactional messages related to that client’s interaction with the business.
- Clients can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.
