Our story
Years of real clients. Real choices.
Ecloras comes from years behind the chair — watching how clients actually decide where to go. Not from looking at a list of salon-software features and building another booking app.
We’ve heard why someone picks one shop over another. Why they sometimes skip the professional they prefer. Why “when can you get me in?” matters more than a polished menu. Why they give up when booking with a particular person is hard. Why they walk into a chain when they need someone today.
We’ve also seen the other side: talented independents with their own clients, prices, and schedules — and shops where every barber or stylist effectively has a separate secret book. Different booking links. Different apps. A physical sign and a local reputation, but a poor or nonexistent online experience for a new client who just wants to get in.
Larger operations solved part of the client problem with shared availability, walk-in queues, and first-available booking. Independents shouldn’t have to sacrifice ownership to offer that same convenience.
